Chief Musinga stated that the directive to arrest the parents denying their children education right came from the government and will persist.

”This is a directive from the government that we arrest all the parents who neglect their children by denying them basic education, we will not relent on this” said Chief Musinga.

He said some of the children were found collecting scrap metal for sale.

”Many of these children, mostly boys, are now doing scrap metal business, when we ask them why they are doing it they say that it’s their parents who send them to look for money” said the administrator.
