Alexis Sanchez attacks Mourinho amidst his flopping display at man utd

Jose Mourinho created an unhealthy atmosphere during his time at Manchester United, Alexis Sanchez has said.

The Portuguese was replaced by caretaker boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer in December after falling out with some of his senior players at the club.

Sanchez who joined United from Arsenal in January last year also revealed that he lost his confidence under Mourinho.

“Mourinho is one of the best coaches in the world,” Sanchez said in an interview with the BBC: “In the way that the coaches, how he studies videos, the way he goes about things.

“But within the group there was that feeling that you were in the team, then out. Sometimes I didn’t play, then I did, then I didn’t and as a player you lose confidence.

“Then an atmosphere was created that wasn’t healthy.”

The 30-year-old has failed to rediscover his Arsenal form despite Mourinho’s sacking and was slammed by Solskjaer for his dismal performance in the defeat to PSG.
