Roll call of nurses begins as Uhuru’s ultimatum expires

Nurses have said enough enough. They have said no going back till their demands are met. They are tired of living with empty promises.

According to President Uhuru Kenyatta nurses were expected to report to work by 8a.m today. But that has not happened in most counties which were affected.

The President to take legal action for those will disobey the state order. This after the nurses disobeyed the courts order which ruled the strike as being illegal.

The county governments have decided to take roll calls for the nurses who have reported to work. This is viewed as the only way which the government will use to implement the sacking action which they threatened to take.
