For men, Valentine’s day is something different compared to the normal days with their girlfriends and wives
South African men have diverted the attention of Valentine’s day to the men’s conference. This is just another ‘clever’ scapegoat to avoid Valentine which comes in handy with a lot of buying and ‘spoiling’ women.
The South African men have taken to social media hilariously on how they are spending the day of which starts on 14th February to 15th of February.
The primary reason why Valentine’s day also called Saint Valentine’s Day or the Feast of Saint Valentine is to celebrate love and affection. This serves as a perfect time to send greeting cards, gifts, dating, and even church services.
However, in this century, Valentine has lost part of its primary function and has resulted in having to go to posh places, spend a lot of money on our loved ones and other ‘pretty’ stuff.
The ‘genius’ behind men’s conference might have been in a low or tight budget that he initiated the anti-valentine campaign.
The invitation which is termed as fake indicates a campus memo where the public is made aware of the absentia of men in the school as from date 14th to 15th of February.
Social media users have taken hilarious reactions to another level as they share their sentiments and others getting ready for the conference.
