Forget the noise from the DCI that Dandora based Human Rights Activist Caroline Mwatha died from a botched abortion. While would a mother of two wait until a pregnancy reaches 5 months before aborting?
I am no doctor but I know that aborting a five month pregnancy is not hard. The chances of it being successful is almost 99%. But Caroline did not try to abort. Her killers used abortion as a well calculated cover up in the murder.

The quickest way to kill a pregnant woman is to tamper with her pregnancy. And if Caroline was pregnant then someone deliberately tampered with her womb with the intention of killing her. That is a double murder (Cite Sharon Otieno’s story)
Her family has also revealed that she had deep gashing wounds inside her inner thigh and her stomach. That is not the way abortion is done.
But there could be chances that the woman was not even pregnant in the first place. Her husband has said that his wife was not pregnant. You can’t hide a five month pregnancy. So who should we believe? Police or family?

The DCI has also not revealed why the body was found five days after being delivered at the city mortuary. There is more than what meets the eyes in this story.
Caroline was documenting extra judicial killings in Dandora. Her death had something to do with her work. Her killers then took time to come with the abortion narrative.
