Things are not all rosy at the Jubille party following what could be a major fallout between Moses Kuria and Aden Duale. The Gatundu South MP accused his Garrisa Town counterpart of hatching a plan to de-whip him. In differences which he claims go back as far as 2014, Kuria who has differed with Duale on several occasions claimed his efforts at making Kenya a better nation were constantly frustrated to no end.

Through a post on his social media, Kuria also claimed that Duale was trying to kick him out from two committees- The transport and the budget committees in which he serves.

“So now Aden Duale wants to de-whip me from the two committees that I serve in. First, you are not qualified to do so. This is the work of the party through the Secretary General Raphael Tuju And Chief Whip Ben Washiali,” Kuria wrote in part.

According to Kuria, Duale has picked an issue with his presentation to the Building Bridges Initiative that calls for an inclusive government and an inclusive opposition.

“Having an inclusive government and an inclusive Opposition is an Ideal I will fight for. So now my friend don’t even go to the media to remove me from committees. Follow procedure and I will leave,” Kuria added.

Duale previously accused Kuria of seeking cheap publicity after the latter called for the formation of a 27-member committee to oversee the implementation of the president’s executive order.
