Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino has no other injury concerns as Eric Dier and Erik Lamela have both returned to fitness.
However, the squad will have had less than three days to recover from the Leicester win and Pochettino has called on the Premier League to do more to help them in Europe.
“We are not receiving help,” he said. “It’s a massive disadvantage to play with one day less to prepare.
“The Premier League must care about teams involved in the competition.
“I’m not frustrated but in another country like Spain, Germany, France, clubs involved can be helped – the league is going to help you arrive in the best condition.”
The Argentine is hoping for a big crowd to help them through the clash after watching attendances spiral at their temporary Wembley home.
Spurs were supposed to be in their new stadium by the start of this season but that has been delayed again and Pochettino hopes to be moved in before it has finished.
He added: “Did you see the last few games? How many? Thirty thousand.
“I want to play in front of 60,000 not 30,000.
“I want 60,000 in the stadium helping you to achieve the three points. It will be a massive boost and have a massive impact which can translate to the team.
“My wish is to play at the new stadium before the end of the season.
“My gut and feeling is it will be tough. It will be massive to play the last five games in the Premier League at our new stadium.”
Captain Hugo Loris echoed his boss’s words and urged the Wembley crowd to get behind the team.
He said: “We need the stadium to push, to help us. In some days it’s difficult to deal with Wembley but hopefully in this big game we’ll receive this help from the crowd.”
