A middle aged woman decided to take matters in her own hand when she realized that vher husband was cheating on her. The woman known as, Nanjala from Ingusi village in Kakamega chopped off her husband’s manhood so that women who were fond of sharing him with her would lose in the grown-up game.
The 33 year old woman said: “He has a tendency of sleeping with every woman he comes across. Since most of his concubines know he’s married I took the bold action so that we all lose him.”
She went into hiding shortly after cutting her husband and making her reasons for the action clear. Nanjala strangely urged other married women to emulate her so that married men can learn to stick to one partner.
The couple has been together for the last five years, and in those years the neoghbours say the marriage was rocked with regular fights.
The injured man was taken to a nearby health centre where he is recuperating. Confirming the incident, area Assistant Chief Elisha Ondako urged couples to seek alternative measures in dealing with domestic rows saying violence was not a solution. Police are pursuing the woman whose whereabouts remain unknown. Cases of women chopping off their husband’s genitals in the country have been on the rise in the recent past
