Safaricom company is currently doing a commendable Job in brand extension to improve on its services and products as well as curb competition. Just the other day the company introduced ‘FULIZA’ services to its MPESA customers, then again on Friday it introduced ”All- in- one Monthly” package.
Safaricom has announced a New Monthly Data Bundles which will allow customer to call a well as browse. “The All in One Monthly Bundles’’ will see Safaricom customers enjoy discounted data and calling rates in one package.
The New offer will allow customers to choose from the Five options which include KES 1,000, KES 2,000, KES 3,000, KES 5,000 and KES 10,000 for a 30-day bundle.Customers will be able to choose between a data only, data –heavy package or a voice heavy package based on their needs and priorities.
“The ‘All in One Monthly Bundles’ have been tailored to fit the connectivity needs that our customers face today and allow them to plan based on their budget. This proposition reiterates our commitment to always offer our customers value for money in line with our promise of ‘Nawe Kila Wakati’,” said Sylvia Mulinge – Chief Customer Officer, Safaricom.
Customers who prefer browsing only will be able to choose data- only package from various options. The data- only options include; 5 GB bundle for KES 1,000, 15 GB for KES 2,000 and 25 GB for KES, 3,000.
Heavy data users who would like to make discounted calls can now choose from 4 GB and 200 minutes for KES 1,000; 12 GB and 600 minutes for KES 2,000; 20 GB and 900 minutes for KES 3,000.
Following the escalating demand for data due to increase in smartphone users, and transition to heavier app usage, Safaricom has also introduced another Bundle packages featuring 35 GB 1,500 minutes for KES 5,000 a month and 50 GB 3,500 minutes for KES 10,000.
By extending its brand portfolio, the customers are really benefiting from diverse services and products. Indeed its ‘Nawe Kila Wakati’!
