Nominated Senator Millicent Omanga is known for many things including her passion for football that has seen her spectate numerous local and international matches including the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
On Wednesday, however, the legislator revealed her other side as she showcased her impressive dance moves.
During an interview at Radio Jambo,the Senator shared a behind the scenes video of her taking to the dance floor.
The youthful lawmaker was captured dancing to Starehe MP Charles Njagua Kanyi’s (Jaguar) song ‘Kigeugeu‘ which she dedicated to former Jubilee Vice Chair David Murathe.
Terming Jaguar as her favourite artist in the local music scene, Omanga rallied support towards playing Kenyan music.
Omanga narrated how she found herself in parliament ,”i was doing a bedsheets retail business when Deputy President William Ruto picked me and consequently changed my life forever” she explained.
She with Ruto’s defunct United Republican Party (URP), which later saw her nominated to the Senate seat after losing out in Jubilee party primaries for Nairobi Woman Rep seat.
