Kenyan Female artist Akothee has shared a video narrating her painful days of starving and having to borrow food from a fish seller.
Akothee is known to coming from a background of struggles, hurt and painful experiences.
Last week, her story was featured on upclose with Betty where she told part of her story that was inspirational.
From starving to being a star and from being mistreated to owning her own empire and can now afford anything she wants.
Akothee says that she wishes that at the point of pain, God would show her that she was going to be a successful woman.
The top artist shared her intention to help the people who spoke life to her and who helped her.
She names the fish vendor and a lady who told her in laws that they were messing with God as the key people who gave her hope for tomorrow.
As for now Akothee says that the things that she had always wanted during those days, some of them do not matter.
In another incident she shared on how she waited for her aunt to undo her braids so that she would wash and reuse them.
Currently Akothee is among the richest artists their is and she blesses the lives of others by her experiences as well as projects.
