Real Madrid ready to make it rain to land man utd dependable star

Real Madrid are maintaining their interest in Manchester United’s striker Marcus Rashford. The 21-year-old is content to wait until the end of the season to negotiate a new contract at Old Trafford, having fallen out with Jose Mourinho.

He is happier with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer but the Champions League winners are maintaining talks with the player’s representatives, say the Sun, who think £100million could be enough to make the move.

It is hard to believe United would be willing to let Rashford go after such a huge improvement in form and with so many years ahead of him.

However, the player has most of the power given he can run down his contract and eventually leave for nothing. What is harder to see is why Real Madrid would take a risk on a player who has only recently rediscovered his touch, and who is still inconsistent.

Paris Saint-Germain are interested in signing Chelsea winger Willian for £40million. The 30-year-old Brazilian international is seen as a replacement for the injured Neymar, who is out of action for 10 weeks with a broken metatarsal.

The problem for PSG is that there are financial fair play constraints, which has seen them approach Arsenal for a loan deal for Mesut Ozil, but the playmaker has rejected the chance of a move, says the Daily Mail.
