While lots of ciminal methods are being used to obtain desired goodies in life, there exist scrupulous men wo decide their perfect crime is making money itself, so they engage in forgery of cash.
Lewang Harrison Etone and Joyce Adhiambo were accused of forging money and being in possession of money making items.That on unknown dates at Dipu flats in Muthangari area of Westlands alongside other criminals who were not with them in Milimani court, they forged a ksh 1,000 note.
They faced a third count of unlawfully being in possession of eight pieces of ultramarine blue destree, two instant cold water starch; all used in making the Kenya currency.
Harrison and Joyce also faced a separate charge of failing to allow their finger prints to be taken contrary to the National Police Act.
Prosecutors said Harrison refused to allow officer Mate Julius at Muthangari Police Station to take his fingerprint for record and identification.
The two were remanded pending the presentation of the facts to the court. The case will be heard on February 1, 2019.
