The radicalizations of many living in Kenya has become a growing topic since the hunt of terrorists commenced following the latest attacks Kenya has been victim to.
After Kinango police raid yesterday that led to the arrest of 17 al-shabab recruits in a safe house waiting to be transported to Somalia, IG Josepgh Boinnet has revealed another cracdown this Tuesday morning which saw 12 terror suspects being arrested after the major operation at Dadaab refugee camp in Garissa County.
He affirmed that the suspects in custody were being probed for terrorism links, but opted not to disclose their connection or lack thereof to the Dusit D2 attack that took place on January 15, 2019.
Soon after Kenyans have taken their cry on twitter saying that the refugee camp needs to be closed for harbouring terror criminals.
We don’t hate refugees but I think it’s high time for the government of #Kenya to close Dadaab before it turn out to be hotbed of terrorism. For the sake of our security this need to be done.We can still offer them security and help in their native land,Somalia.

The camp was established in 1991, to accommodate refugees fleeing the civil war in Somalia.
It’s time to close Dadaab refugee camp and get our soldiers back from somalia to guard our territory. Everyone to deal with his/her own problem.
