AU High envoy for Infrastructure and Development Raila Odinga might have caused a health scare in Tanzania’s Dar es Salaam but one thing that still stands out is the fact that Raila is a man who is loved all over and even in Magufuli’s backyard of Tanzania.
The ODM Chief was spotted hanging out with Tanzania’s and East Africa’s Hip Hop head Ambwene Allen Yessayah better known as AY.
The two shared an evening meal at one of Tanzania’s posh restaurants and AY could not hide his joy at sharing a meal with the father of Democracy.

Raila caused a scare yesterday in Dar es Salaam after images and a video emerged of him being held by security officers in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
In a recording, Mr Odinga is helped to walk, seemingly because of having difficulties doing so.
Following concern by the public, Mr Odinga issued a statement that all but confirmed that he was well.
“Dear Kenyans and friends from around the globe, I am well and in Good health. Thank you for your concern,” said Raila.
The ODM leader landed in that city on Sunday morning ahead of the third edition of the SportPesa Cup final between Kenyan sides Kariobangi Sharks and Bandari at the National Stadium.
Mr Odinga was one of the dignitaries who watched the match alongside Sports Principal Secretary Kirimi Kaberia and SportPesa Chief Executive Officer Ronald Karauri.
