Is the Kenyan Judiciary becoming a breading ground for Criminals and crooked individuals?
Well, according to many Kenyans, the Judiciary has become a breading ground for rogue government officials with judicial officers making a killing from Kenya’s top corruption suspects.
The Judiciary has been on the spotlight for condoning crime suspects by either throwing away cases or handing over lenient sentences to capital offenders.
Kenyans today took the #JudiciaryMassageParlor Campaign Online to Highlight the rot in the Maraga led Judiciary.
Kenyans have highlighted cases in which the Judiciary has betrayed the cause for Justice.
Among the cases highlighted by Kenyans include the Obado-Sharon Murder case and the Westage terror attack case that saw the Courts release one suspect.
The release was followed by a deadly attack on Kenyan Soil at the Dusit D2 Hotel Complex.
A good number of Kenyans feel that the Judiciary has become a let down and even Chief Justice Maraga’s latest assurances that the Judiciary is impartial seem to do little to calm them down.
