The president of Kenya has made radical changes in his administration that has seen Interior CS grab the head position of leading the national development.
According to the new call Matiang’i will provide supervisory leadership the delivery cycle of all National government projects and programmes among other roles.
As much as many have alleged that Matiang’i’s new role has reduced Deputy President William Ruto’s work, some have realised that this reduction of work load gives william Ruto ample time to start his campaigns for the 2022 general elections early.
This is despite Ruto being among the leaders who have advised Kenyan politicians

Therefore, Fred Matiangi’s appointment means that William Ruto now has lighter duties, allowing him to start campaigns early.
