But for some people , getting over someone is a mystery they cannot solve and the end result is as fatal as you may have heard or if unlucky , then experienced.
An investigation has been launched into the shooting of an 18-year-old M-Pesa operator by a Administration Police officer who then turned the gun on himself in a suspected love triangle at Ndabibi in Naivasha.
Police boss Samuel Waweru said that the officer walked into the shop, which was run by the teenager, aimed and shot her.
The teen is said to have sustained injuries in the incident and was rushed to hospital where she is undergoing treatment at Naivasha Sub County Hospital.
The officer went back to his house with the thought that his alleged lover was dead and then turned the gun on himself and shot himself dead.
He must be a surprised man wherever he is because he must be looking every corner but he cant see the girl.
“I have been in touch with the hospital administrator and has said the teenager is in a stable condition,” said Mr Waweru.
The AP officer had worked in the Ndabibi station for a little over a year. His body was taken to Naivasha Sub County Hospital mortuary. Triangles destroy relationships.
