Kenyan Artist Akothee has today announced the signing of a new artists. Akothee introduced the King (Ziki Mtanah) to the world on her Instagram page.
She also hinted that this is part of the making of Akothee empire which is an initiative to support Kenyan Talent.
Top artists in the industry had been challenged earlier to support upcoming artists and mentor them.
Upcoming artists rarely get the privilege to be ushered in the industry as they should and the suggestion of mentorship is for them to get an understanding of what the industry is about.
Akothee’s newly signed artist is Ziky Mtanah who Akothee describes as a talented and patient individual.
The duo are soon going to drop their collabo that they have been working on for the past few days.
Ziki Mtanah is currently known for his songs Happy Birthday among other singles.
The newly hyped song is dubbed Basi and will be a collabo between the Akothee and Ziki Mtanah.
