Shock as company affected by Dusit Attack calls employees back to work

A Kenyan Marketing communication company; Red House Group is on the spot after employee claims that their boss is asking them to work remotely; yet  the company was among the affected during the Dusit attack.

The news was shared by photojournalist and activist Boniface Mwangi  who was contacted by the employee.

Mwangi on his twitter page said that earlier yesterday, he had tweeted that the 9 employees  from the company were trapped and needed help.

The employees survived the tragedy after they were successfully rescued. It is barely 24 hours yet they are asked concerning work related issues.

Sharing the frustration, one of the employees says that their boss is being insensitive since what the company and its workers went through last night  was a matter of life and death.

Red House Group this morning said that yesterday’s attack was the most frightening day they have experienced as a Company.

They also updated that they had managed to account for all of their 112 employees saying that they are safe.

However this news of employees being called back to work has attracted outrage online as Kenyans say that the bosses need to be dealt with  for being insensitive.
