Following terror attack at DusitD2 Hotel at 14 Riverside Drive in Nairobi, there have been revelations of those who were killed in the act and the recuperation information of those in hospitals whom Kenyans turned out in large numbers to donate blood to.
Sadly lots of public figures have also reported the loss of their loved ones in the attack. The likes of woman representative Fatuma Gedi who in expressing gratefulness for the rescue of Boni Khalwale’s daughter who was also in the building, she as well has revealed that two of her relatives were killed in the DusitD2 attack.
In addition she has defended the Islam religion saying it can not be blamed for the cowardly attack urging Kenyans not to spread hatred and instead preach unity.
We thank God your daughter is safe. However, @KBonimtetezi, it’s important to note that 2 of my relatives were killed in the DusitD2 attack. Islam, or any other religion, can’t be blamed for the cowardly attack. Stop spreading hate & preach unity among Kenyans. #RiverSideAttack https://t.co/5nNY1vEwPA
