David Brooks is enjoying a monumental rise to prominence this season with a number of stellar performances for both club and Country.

And the young Bournemouth forward, who again shone for the Cherries despite their 2-0 loss at Everton on Sunday, has caught the eye of a number of suitors.

One of those clubs keen on Brooks is Manchester United with a newspaper report on Monday morning suggesting the Red Devils are ‘drooling’ over the Wales international.

Brooks impressed in both of Bournemouth’s games against United this season, a 2-1 win for the Red Devils in November at Dean Court and a 4-1 victory at home late in December.

Spurs are also said to be keen on Brooks with Bournemouth reportedly lining up a new contract for the midfielder in a bid to stave off interest from the Premier League’s top dogs.

United are believed to be planning a move for Brooks in the summer but could move sooner if the auction for the 21- year-old former Manchester City youth product starts sooner.
