Embakasi East MP Babu Owino has come out guns blazing against those disrespecting the president,H.E Uhuru Kenyatta.
In a statement sent to news rooms,Hon.Owino castigated and criticised Mps from Jubilee who have been on the president’s neck abusing and bashing him.
“The unity that Kenya is now enjoying is an act of God. Those opposing it and trying to take us backwards must tell us whose interests they are working for because it is not for Kenyans. We now have the opportunity to deliver development to all corners of the nation without political undermining,”said Hon.Owino.
Hon.Babu Owino further told off the leaders who were engaged in political mandarins.
“I would like to take this opportunity to encourage my colleagues to focus on their mandate and give the President and H. E Raila Odinga space to deliver,”continued Hon.Babu Owino.

My attention is drawn to the recent utterances by a section of leaders apparently condemning President Kenyatta for his new style of engaging with leaders from across the country.
The unity that Kenya is now enjoying is an act of God. Those opposing it and trying to take us backwards must tell us whose interests they are working for because it is not for Kenyans. We now have the opportunity to deliver development to all corners of the nation without political undermining. We as Kenyans must seize the day!
Time and again, it has been said that Leaders must work for the electorate instead of politicking 24/7. It is very unfortunate that it seems there are some Leaders who do not know how to work and can only organize their thoughts around abusing others.
This kind of politics of hatred and division has reached its expiry date with wananchi. Kenyans no longer have time for 2022 politicians and their prophesies of doom.
I would like to take this opportunity to encourage my colleagues to focus on their mandate and give the President and H. E Raila Odinga space to deliver.
Kenyans want development, lazima kieleweke!
