There has been disquiet in Mount Kenya over alleged neglect by State House in favour of ‘opposition zones’ after Uhuru was reelected to his second and final term.
A war was started by Moses Kuria which brew into a public debate after his believed untrue remarks spread around. This spanned further when the president defended himself ending up calling his disturbers ‘Washenzi’.
The statement was taken personally by Bahati Mp Kimani Ngunjiri who proceeded to lead a demonstration against the presidents remarks. However this ended in his arrest.
Politicians like Hon Gladys Wanga commented that the several thousand luos who live in Nakuru were increasingly being threatened with his level of incitement. She also advised the tangatanga crew to deal with their situation.
Bahati MP must stop spewing hatred against the luo nation. The several thousand luos who live in Nakuru are increasingly threatened with this level of incitement. @NPSOfficial_KE should take action. Na watu wa tangatanga wapambane na halo yao #Wasituletee

After a long exercised silence DP Ruto also finally came out and aired his opinion. Ruto claimed Kenyans are asking for more even though they have delivered but the reality is that more is un affordable.
After projects promised for decades became a reality under Jubilee many Kenyans especially Jubilee members understandably are asking us for more. This must be tempered with the reality of what we can afford. No region, community or Kenyan will be left behind now or in future.

He as well urged jubilee members to avoid unnecessary negative debate undermining the debate.
Jubilee members must however use appropriate mechanism to channel matters concerning us and avoid unnecessary negative debate that only undermine the party , the party leadership and the President.

The revolt has now been amplified by the fierce succession debate sweeping the region and fears that Uhuru was slowly turning his back on Ruto in favour of Raila and other opposition candidates.
