Kenyans have expressed their concern after the NTSA website is reported to have been down since yesterday.
The only people noticing are the hundreds who currently need the service as some have been forced to hold back from applications that might be urgent.
Kenyans have also called upon the police & NTSA to give a joint statement excusing motorists till the issue is sorted.
The National Transport and Safety website offers the services such as drivers license application as well as other services in relation to the transport requirement licenses.
This frustration by Kenyans failing to access the services have resulted to some online uproar as a section of Kenyans have faulted the general government services system
One Kenyan online thinks that ‘systems are made to fail’ for a purpose and even as they go on with the speculations, The NTSA have not issued any statement behind their website being unavailable.
Might as well be a technical hitch; it happens sometimes but with all these hacking and online it is always good to raise concern just to be safe
