Is the DPP using divide and rule against Ojienda?
The office of the Director of Public Prosecution [ODPP] has clarified that his partner and court of appeals judge Prof. James Otieno Odek will not be prosecuted but will appear as a witness in the case against Prof Ojienda.

According to the statement released by the office early on Monday morning, the court of appeals judge will be a key witness in the case since he has been a long time partner to the professor who has been accused of being part of the team that fleeced the Mumias Sugar Company.
