But, the United manager could have all three available for United’s next Premier League game. “Hopefully the front three with Romelu (Lukaku), Alexis (Sanchez) and Anthony (Martial),” he told MUTV. “That’s not a bad front three to have ready. When you’re 2-0 up 3-0 up if you can put players with pace on that makes a difference. When you score three at home but you know you have three lads waiting to get on that’s great.”

“He’s had two days of good fitness work, hopefully he can join in training with the ball as soon as we get back in again. He is touch and go for Bournemouth but he will definitely be involved at Newcastle. I’ve not had time to sit down and speak with him in that much detail but he’s eager to get back on the pitch, at it seems to me he is a workaholic,”  he told the BBC.

United started with a front three or Marcus Rashford, Jesse Lingard and Juan Mata against Huddersfield but Solskjaer suggested to Match of the Day that he could make wholesale changes for the next game.
“Not a bad front three to come in and knock on the door,” he said. “It will be great to get them back. Maybe we’ll change the front three.”
