Gor Mahia has for sometime now been linked with a move for former Harambee Stars skipper Dennis Oliech, who has been out of competitive action for a few years now.

Gor Mahia CEO Lordvick Aduda has however denied that there has been any official move but admits that the door to a probable move is not yet shut, with the Kenyan Premier League (KPL) transfer window still open.

“I have read about the player’s interest to join Gor Mahia but I can confirm we have not had any direct contact. However, the transfer window is still open and if the technical bench feels he can help the team then we will have a serious look at the options but for now, there is nothing tangible,” he revealed.

Gor Mahia will be following keenly the draw for the CAF Confederations Cup playoffs as they seek to feature in the group stages of the competition for the second straight year.
