Christmas is always about the spirit of giving, love and kindness and one police officer in Athi River has shown all that and more. A driver who was stuck in traffic at Devki, Athi River spotted the traffic police officer gently carrying a baby as he helped a stranded mum cross the road.
In a series of photos, the officer completely unaware of the photographer maneuvered his way through the busy road and got the family to the other side. The mum walked behind him as she held on to her other son and luggage.
The man in uniform was a natural and he looked like a caring dad who was ready to protect his kid from anything. He held on to the child tightly and placed him near his chest as he led the way. It is the little things that always count and Kenyans could not agree more. Most people congratulated the kind man. He too is finding a way to spread the Christmas spirit in a simple yet heartwarming fashion.
