Ever had a business that failed, and why?Well they say good business men are risk takers however currently in Kenya certain cautions are a must or your foundation may crumble to the ground in front of your eyes.
Unfortunately a court ruling allowed city Hall to demolish the Grand Manor Hotel in Girigiri belonging to business man Praful Kumar. The Nairobi County government had on August 16, 2018 stopped the building of the hotel.

SANY is up early in Gigiri bringing down the Grand Manor hotel. Court ruled that the building posed a security threat to the UN and neighbouring embassies.
Personally I do not agree.
Since it’s neither on a road reserve nor on riparian, the building should have been repurposed. pic.twitter.com/OubA09AugI— Polycarp Hinga® ?? (@PolycarpHinga) December 13, 2018
Businessman Praful Kumar was in August arrested by Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) detectives in August for allegedly attempting to bribe Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko.
Kumar had gone to Governor Sonko’s home in Kanamai, Kilifi County with Sh1 million. The businessman was seeking for the approval of Grand Monar Hotel in Gigiri, Nairobi, which was under construction.
Sany at Gigiri bringing down Grand Manor hotel, Ruled as a threat to embassies within. Why does the govt (County & National) let an investor spend so much! Nyumba ni kama mimba, haifichiki! On foundation level they should have stopped constructions! @Ma3Route #Brekko pic.twitter.com/V4Ez2R6G9U

Kenyans have sensed bias after the quick move to pull the the building down yet a once declared security threat too, Weston Hotel that allegedly belongs to a top politician is still standing.
SANY: I will demolish you.
COURT: Grand Manor Hotel in Gigiri is a security threat.
ME: When the US embassy was bombed by Osama in 1998, adjacent was Co-operative Bank. Was the Bank a security threat?
CONCLUSION: This is impunity of the highest order, compensate the owner. pic.twitter.com/2wx6jPdrv4

Look at how Sany was quick to make its way to Grand Manor in Gigiri.
Meanwhile Weston Hotel is still standing despite it being on stolen goverment land.
Seems that some animals are more equal than others in this animal farm.
