Tuyisenge Missing as Gor Mahia Name Squad to face Zoo Kericho

Gor Mahia’s lethal striker Jacques Tuyisenge will still be missing in action when the club faces Zoo Kericho at Kasarani Stadium in their second match of the season.

The Rwandese has been missing since he limped out of their KPL Super Cup match against Kariobangi Sharks a forth night ago. During his absence, the club has struggled in goal and scored only two goals in three matches and have failed to win in all competitions.

Midfieler Francis Kahata who has been rumored with a move away from the club starts his second succesive match after playing in the 2-1 defeat to Bandari over the weekend. Coach Hassan Oktay has also handed a debut to former Kariobangi Sharks Defender Pascal Ogweno who replace Joash Onyango at the heart of defence.

Ivorian import Ephrem Guikan will lead the hunt for goals as the defending champions look for their first win of the season. Former Zoo forward Nicholas Kipkirui who scored the consolation in Mombasa has been benched but will hope to enjoy some game time against his former employers.
