Shock as President Uhuru accuses Kenyan Youth of Stealing Left, right and center

President Uhuru Kenyatta has once again shocked the nation by accusing the nation of stealing money left, right and center. He went ahead and said there is nothing he can do about it, except appointing old men like Moody Awori to protect public funds.

“I have been criticized about appointing a 91 year old for arts and culture, if you were in my shoes what would you do when you see money being stolen left right and center?”

Speaking during a graduation ceremony for Kenya Commercial Banks 2Jiajiri initiative, the president defended his decision to appoint former Vice President Moody Awori as a board member of the newly created Sports, Arts and Social Development fund.

“You appoint these young people and money is stolen! Wacha mzee akae hapo awachungie pesa.” Really Mr. President?

This is not the first time, Uhuru is lamenting about corruption. But isn’t he the one who appoints these people. And again there is no basis to back up his claims that Kenyan youths are the one stealing public funds.
