Chelsea dependable star to miss Europa League clash

Chelsea will be without Eden Hazard as they host Greek side PAOK in the Europa League on Thursday 29th November.

The Belgian forward is nursing an ankle injury but is expected to be fully recovered to face Fulham on Sunday.

“He has lost a lot of training. It’s normal at the moment he isn’t at the top of his physical condition”. Sarri said when asked about his condition.

The Blues lost their first league match under the former Napoli manager at the weekend and he is expected to make plenty of changes considering Chelsea’s number of games in the month of December.

“The targets are very clear in my mind: in the short period, to win something.

“And in the long period, to become the best team in Europe. I want to see we learned our lessons [against Tottenham].” He added

Sarri’s men have already qualified for the last 32 and only need a point from their remaining two games to top Group L.

Will hi absence have an impact on Chelsea’s performance?
