The Tangatanga team has been question for the past few weeks where the source the money that they are always giving out each and every weekend. The team led by The Deputy President William Ruto is always giving out to churches millions and hundred of thousands. But where did they get their money? Who is the main person funding the tangatanga activities?
The team led by Ruto has come out boldly to state out that they won’t cease from feeding the churches. DP Ruto who in once occassion said that he would have made a good Evangelist if he was not into politics has also said he won’t stop leading harambees in churches in efforts to establish them.
Through his generous act DP Ruto has won the hearts of many Church leaders all over the nation. Some even in a couple of weeks opted to award Ruto with the highest priest position.
But it seems being in the tangatanga team has its own benefits. The members pocket handsomely after escorting the DP Ruto in every public show off of dishing out money.
It has been alleged that members of the “tangatanga” squad are paid hefty allowances for accompanying the DP.
Only recently a video clip of one of the DP’s aides, Farouk Kibet, and a first-term MP allegedly fighting over “tangatanga” allowances surfaced in social media.
