Every girl dreads the day she will walk down the Aisle to meet and be joined to her prince charming for eternity.
This is the same case with Amina Mude the newly wedded bride to KTN News anchor Ben Kitili. The two got hitched in a beautiful and close-knit wedding at the AG’s office on Friday morning before hosting their family, friends and colleagues for a fancy wedding dinner at the Panari Hotel.
But one thing that brought uproar to the couple’s union is their cross-cultural and cross-religious background since Kitili is Kamba-Christian and Amina is a Borana-Muslim.
Following a tweet he posted on twitter created a hitted debate from all kinds of people.
“A great day when I married the wife of my youth..thanks for your warm wishes.. To my Muslim/Somali brothers & sisters; thanks a lot.. To those who are not so receptive; it’s your right as long as you dont cross the line..God is more important than religion..”
