Matiang’i warned over cheap warnings

Just recently the speaker of the National Assembly Speaker Justin Muturi has been threatening Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang’i for failing to honour parliament summons.

According t0 Ex-Bonchari MP Protus Momanyi  refered Speaker Muturi’s warnings as cheep further advising  Matiang’i  not worry about the cheap warnings from him for apparently snubbing Parliament committee summons.

Well seems like a bad advice though

In addition the former legislator Momanyi said Muturi is engaging in politics instead of remaining focused in his roles.

In his comment he said, “Muturi can’t succeed in blackmailing and intimidating Matiang’i by cheap warnings. Matiang’i is a hardworking Cabinet Secretary focused in delivering to Kenyans.”

The ex-lawmaker insisted that Matiang’i should only meet the MPs to discuss National matters and not petty politics.

He challenged Gusii politicians to stand firm and defend Matiang’i who is being fought by cartels.

“Cartels want to kick out Matiang’i from his post but, it is too late Matiang’i will never be sacked by President Uhuru kenyatta due to his exemplary work. Dubious dealings must come to an end in this country,” he stated.

Mr Momanyi called on MPs to focus on debating on matters which are beneficial to common citizens and not politicizing Matiang’i’s role in the Interior Ministry.

This comes after Muturi protested Matiang’i’s continued snubbing of Parliament committee summons to answer questions.
