International Kenyan footballer and Betting brand Ambassador has hinted on getting married come next year 2019 but the good thing to team mafisi is he is not marrying former Citizen TV daybreak host Joey Muthengi.
Apparently the two hard been married off or rather according to kenyans online had them date and forgot that their union was all about work.
The two are Betting Brand Ambassadors and have been appearing in the adverts together looking all sweet and beautiful couple.
And perhaps to hype up public interest, the petite TV personality has even been joking about dating the Kenyan footballer.
But to put the matters straight, one of Mariga’s family members has now come out to reveal that the footballer will actually be wedding his longtime girlfriend Kenisha, sometime next year in Spain.
Accoprding to a statement by the member who sought anonymity said, “He has a daughter with a mixed race woman, Kenisha, and they are planning to get married in Spain in 2019. His younger brother Victor Wanyama will be his best man.”
The source further went ahead to say: “I’m not sure why Joey has been lying to Kenyans and her fans.”
In a recent interview with Pulse, Joey revealed that she will be moving to Italy in January 2019 for a vacation and possibly shoot another Betin advert with Mariga.
“The Betin deal, whose shoot was in Italy, opened doors for me and given a chance I would still work with them. I don’t know where this relationship will take us. Ask Mariga,” she said.
