Shock as business mogul is assassinated using 100 needles

If ‘whys’ in murder shock you then ‘how’ in this case will throw you off the rail In what looks a combination of witchcraft and organized crime, a recognized Embu contractor was found murdered with needles next to his body.

The body had visible blood stains on the abdomen, which appeared to have caused by a syringe.

The businessman from Machakos County has been found killed inside his car at Kanyonyoo market in Masinga Subcounty.
MachakosMasinga OCPD Francis Siror said Peter Mwangangi’s hands were tied to the driver’s seat. The Police suspect he was killed in a poisoned needle attack.He had been pricked with 100 needles.

Residents and Mikuyu subchief Ngovi Muasya reported the matter to the police after noticing the vehicle had been parked on the roadside for many hours with the hazard lights on and the doors were wide open.

The body of the 53-year-old businessman was in the back seat and has been taken to the Embu Hospital mortuary as investigations start. The man was identified as a big contractor in Embu County.

The vehicle was towed to Masinga Police station while The needles used to prick Mwangangi will be used as evidence.

Mwangangi was last seen at his famous REXX Bar in Kanyoonyoo market centre near Matuu town with friends but left after a phone call.

He was signalled out of the bar and he told his friends the caller requested his driving licence to enable him drive past a police road block at Kanyonyoo.

“It was established that on Wednesday between 3 pm and 4 pm, Mr Mula was with his friends taking beer at Kanyoonyoo market centre. He was signaled out of the bar and told his friends that the caller had requested him for his driving license in order to drive past a police road block at Kanyoonyoo,” the report says.

No arrests have been made in connection with the murder.
