Sylviah Wambui was earlier in the week arraigned at the Engineer Law Courts in Nyandarua County for allegedly forging documents to claim ownership of a multi-million hotel owned by her ex fiancé.
However, as thing are turning out, the lady took over the ownership of the property fro her father and is actually the real owner. The dude has just been trying to snatch the hot property!
A new version ‘still unverified’ has tried to explain the circumstances under which Kimani attempted to claim the property and had the lady locked in for a week.
Wambui dates Daniel Kimani, they open up a company plus Daniel Kimani’s niece.
The Company’s Paybill is used to run Ridgeways Inn – the Yard club.
Wambuis wants to take a loan using the Company but now Daniel Kimani is on CRB. Daniel and the niece decides to resign from the Company so that Wambui can get a loan using the company. Daniel then uses his cousins law firm( also a Kimani), their Cousin lawyer uses another lawyer’s stamp without his knowledge. Wambui is not aware about it.
Wambui gets to know Daniel Kimani is a scammer, before he brought his thuggish brains to her he had scammed another lady also in Kiambu 7.5M. Daniel had also kicked out his wife and two kids before. Wambui wants out.
Hell hath no fury like a Woman eater left before mission is possible. He goes with a hit squad and robs the Yard Inn when Wambui told him she’s done with his Conniving ways (Case ongoing Makadara Courts.)
Now Wambui is in Police custody for 7 days.
Ridgeways Inn is owned by Wambui’s father, Mr. Karanja who lives in Eldoret.
The 28-year-old woman however did not take plea before Engineer Resident Magistrate Georgina Opakasi as the prosecution asked for more time to complete its investigations.
Wambui is accused of forging share transfer documents and minutes of a board of directors meeting with a resolution that her partners resigned from their positions before selling their stake in The Yard to her.
