Pierra Makena revealed that most ladies growing up, wished that they will get someone for them and no one ever thinks or wishes to be a single mom but when it happens,no one should beat themselves up.
“All girls at the age of 12 or 13 every wishes to have this perfect rosy wedding we all have those dreams there is no woman who wants to be a single mother.. no one.. nobody wants to be.. the one who never got married but if it happens its okay.
I would have wanted my baby daddy to be there when my 3 year old was having a concert but do I care? I can handle it and maybe the next person I will be dating is going to be a good daddy to my baby.” she said
Though it is kinda nice… I embraced it and allowed myself to be happy in this situation; when you are happy in your situation, then it becomes easier to be move on.
Sharing her experience, Pierra said that people always think that she only wanted a baby and just go on with her life but she says that it was not the case.
Pierra had to learn and embrace being a single mother and although it might not seem easy, she has managed to be the mother that any child would be glad to have.
Pierra explained on how she had to develop a thick skin so that she may not be bothered by what other people are saying.
It is hard being in the limelight because everyone is on your case. Way back Makena says she used to feel bad when someone would even tweet a simple thing about her but she developed a thick skin after she got her child.
She realized that what mattered was her inner happiness and this is what has kept her going for the longest time.
