Julen Lopetegui has been sacked as Real Madrid coach but after the Camp Nou debacle, the players must also assume some of the blame and while people are pointing fingers on Lopetegui, the Los Blancos fans have had their say in a MARCA poll on who they think are the worst performing players so far this season.
Gareth Bale, Sergio Ramos and Karim Benzema have been highlighted as the guilty parties in Real Madrid‘s wretched start to the 2018/19 campaign, which sees them seven points off the pace in LaLiga Santander.
Bale, who was supposed to be the leader of this team after Cristiano Ronaldo‘s exit, leads the ranking with over 43,000 votes. The Welshman has only managed four goals and in recent matches he has been completely anonymous.

Meanwhile, Sergio Ramos is not enjoying his best spell of form and the Real fans have placed him in second position of those responsible for Madrid‘s crisis with over 40,000 votes.
Benzema completes the podium as, despite starting the season well with braces against Girona and Leganes, his attitude on the pitch has appeared to be apathetic and his performances inconsistent, resulting in him receiving 35,200 votes from the Madrid faithful in this particular survey.
After the trio, Raphael Varane comes next with 30,500 votes, Marco Asensio with 27,500 and then Toni Kroos, Isco, Thibaut Courtois and Marcelo complete the top 10 most guilty culprits.
Dani Carvajal, Keylor Navas and Alvaro Odriozola, who have all played less minutes than the others, were kept out of the firing line on this occasion.
The blame should be shared by everyone in the team ,I think.
