“I have paid farmers,” Kiunjuri hits back at the President.

Mwangi Kiunjuri has issued a statement on the payment of farmers both maize and sugar farmers.

Speaking in a press  conference for the first time following a number of warnings CS. Kiunjuri has requested the President, Uhuru Kenyatta to lift off the public undressing and pressure that is making him look not fit for office.

The CS has also reiterated that the Ministry of Agriculture has only received 2.4 Billion from the money allocation and the money has been used to serve the interests of farmers in the country.

The CS Mwangi Kiunjuri has also told the media during the press conference that he has tabled the report to the Parliament entailing the payment of farmers and all reports of how the money allocated was spent.

CS kiunjuri has also tipped to have issued a comprehensive report on the issue of corruption and that the office of the DPP should work and respond to the issue to lessen the burden and spare him of public shame.

This comes as CS Mwangi Kiunjuri received advice from leaders such as former Kiambu Governor William Kabogo to quit office before the forth public slap.

Kiunjuri has boldly defended his status told Kenyans and farmers that his office his working and that they should not be moved by side shows which are aimed at tainting bad his office.
