Former Kiambu governor William Kabogo is not everyone’s cup of tea especially after being embroiled in several controversies. First, he was at the center of Mercy Keino’s murder probe before he was acquitted by the courts.
In the run-up to last year’s general elections, Kabogo was accused of insulting poor women in his county, an allegation he has always denied but it is one of the reasons why he was voted out.
But controversies aside, Kabogo just demonstrated that he is humane after all and does not like to see people suffer.
A widow is about to sale her house to pay for the medical bill of her late husband. If this happens, it will mean that the woman will have no place to mourn her late husband.
The woman’s son, a certain Bryan Yusuf asked for the best offers for his mum’s four bedroom house in Transview Estate near Crystal Rivers Mall. The house is a master ensuite with two bathrooms.

According to Bryan, they need to raise more than sh 5 million to offset the medical bill of his late father Yusuf Kathuli.
Kabogo, however advised Bryan to open an MPESA paybill account and see what can be raised from Harambees.

“The advice we’ve received here to reconsider selling the house is very encouraging and we are definitely exploring other options. The paybill number 952510 has received quite some amount.”
