Get a soft loan to pay the bills and get the house rented so the rent can be used to pay the loan. Tried that Option ? Its not good idea to dispose off such a property.

Prayers won’t help Bryan.
Wishing you were rich and could help pay the bills won’t help.
Wishing there was a way it could be done without selling the house won’t help.RT for awareness WILL help.
Finding a buyer WILL help.
Buying the house WILL help.
