Citizen TV journalist Jacque Maribe and fiance Jowie Irungu appeared before Justice James Wakiaga for their bail hearing following their involvement with the murder of Monica Nyawira Kimani.
Justice Wakianga denied the two bail and scheduled the hearing for 24th October. However he warned the media against reporting what has not be tendered in court in the ongoing murder of Monica Kimani.
Following hos ruling and warning to the media brought uproar on social media with Kenyans online reacting furiously against his warning.

The utterance of James wakiaga clearly shows that in Kenya judicial system one can just Kill,hire top lawyer and manipulate judiciary to get his own judge to hear his case grant him bail then interfere with witness to buy himself freedom…@dkmaraga what is your role in this?
