Secretary of Digital Innovation and Diaspora Communications at statehouse Dennis Itumbi is one of Maribe’s friend who has publicly given his support and stood by her ever since news broke that she had been arrested after being linked to the murder of Monica Kimani. Speaking in response to an advice he was given by a Kenyan on twitter, Itumbi stated that Maribe who is still in police custody has revealed the whole truth and his prayer to her is that God may help her.
Itumbi has been sharing several messages in support of Maribe and at the same time indicating that he prays that justice may be served.
His support goes beyond the messages and prayers that he has been sharing on social media. Itumbi also appeared in court yesterday during the court session where Maribe and her fiancee Joseph Irungu were taking plea over a joint charge of Monica Kimani’s Murder.
While in Milimani Law Courts, Itumbi shook hands with both Ms Maribe and fiancé Joseph Irungu, at the dock to affirm that he was there for them during this difficult moment.
Before the court session, Itumbi took to social media to pray for Ms Maribe for justice to be done to her and the family of the late Monica Kimani
It has always been said and I agree that, “The arc of the moral universe is long, but it bends towards justice.”
Though it tarries, be sure that Justice will be done my dear friend Jacque Maribe
So shall it be done for Monica and Family.
So, graciously hear me Lord. Good Week
