What Police Found in Jacque Maribe’s Car

On Thursday Police officers from Kilimani Police station dusted Citizen TV’s Jacque Maribe’s car in search for evidence leading to the murder of the 28 year Monica Kimani.

The is believed to have been used by the prime suspect into the murder case Joseph irungu alias Joe Jowie who is Maribe’s fiance.

The Car which is registered under Maribe’s details with registration number KCA 031E, was towed to Kilimani Police station to be dusted for fingerprints.

The officers reported they found bloodstains on the front seat of the vehicle as well as hoes, beer cans, a weave and clothes.

Maribe’s car was of interest as Irungu was driving it on the day he allegedly got shot on the left shoulder by unknown gunmen as he left the Royal Park Apartment where the journalist lives.

The detectives also got interest in knowing the owner of the gun and bullet that were found in Jacque Maribe’s bedroom.

At Monica’s house the police dusted the surfaces of furniture, two wine glasses found on the table, some other utensils, towels and clothes.

A team of detectives has also been dispatched to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and South Sudan to investigate the activities of Irungu.

His UAE Identity Card, Kenyan passport, a Kenyan Identity Card and other documents were confiscated.
