Lawyer Dr Miguna Miguna has urged Kenyans on Twitter to stop calling Migori Governor Okoth Obado as a criminal untill he is proven guilty.
Miguna says the quest for justice never ends since it has been there since the country gained independence and none has gotten an answer up to this point.
Miguna now argues that ODM Party leader Raila Odinga has a case involving him similar to that of Obado.
According to Miguna Miguna, Odinga’s maid was found strangled in the servant quarters of his home on August 2, 2011.
He says after the incident, neither Odinga nor his wife Ida Odinga was questioned.
Kenyans are yelling that Okoth Obado is a “criminal” yet they didn’t do the same after @RailaOdinga‘s “maid” was found strangled in the servant quarters of his home on August 2, 2011. Was Ida Odinga or Raila ever questioned by police? Were all the salacious stories false?

Miguna claims that justice for the strangled maid has to be sought alongside that of Sharon Otieno as the incidents look similar.
He further cites that he is still in the process of seeking justice for Pio Pinto Gama, Argwings Kodhek, Tom Mboya and JM Kariuki.
Criminal law has no limitation period. I’m still looking for those who murdered Pio Pinto Gama, Argwings Kodhek, Tom Mboya and JM Kariuki. The quest for justice never ends.
