The probe into the heinous murder of Monica Kimani has unraveled some very dark secrets about the deceased. Citizen TV journalist Jacque Maribe and her boyfriend Joe Irungu are also on the spot over the murder.
Joe Irungu is already in custody and awaiting to be charged with murder of the 28 year old woman who was found dead in her apartment along Denis Pritt road in Kilimani last week.
Monica who worked in South Sudan was in the country to plan her wedding to a man known as Yasir Mohamed who holds a senior position to a firm in South Sudan. Mohamed had already visited Monica’s home in Thika to introduce himself to her finance’s parents.
The wedding plans according to the Nairobian were already in place, the late Monica had already chosen the venue and even the theme of her wedding with her fiancé Mohamed.
Things get even more interesting as Kahawa Tungu have claimed that the deceased was having a sexual affair with Jowi, the chief suspect in the murder. The same source claims that Monica had access to lots of money due to dealing with illegal businesses in South Sudan. And the reason why Jowi killed her was because he wanted to steal her money.
Jowi, is engaged to Jacque Maribe. The couple stays together in Langata. So Monica was cheating on her fiancee with Jowi who was also cheating on his fiancee
