The body guard to Migori governor John Chacha has been arrested at a a cafeteria opposite the Milimani law courts.
DCI officers pounced on the police officer withdrawing his gun before arresting him.. John Chacha’s mobile phone was tracked to the scene of the murder of Sharon Otieno.
The bodyguard was will be taken to the DCI headquarters for grilling.
Governor Okoth Obado will be charged with aiding and abetting the murder of his pregnant lover. The case will heard before Justice Jessie Lesiit at 11 AM.
